A flourishing Cardigan company have just had a £90k investment from the Welsh Assembly Government.
Swallow Boats have used the 50% grant from the Welsh Economic Grant Fund to build a brand new workshop at their Gwbert base.
It also means that they will be able to increase their 10-member staff by two extra people.
The company - founded 20 years ago - designs and builds around 30 leisure boats a year.
Director Matt Newland said the extra workshop was essential for helping the business to grow.
"It's good news for a local business," he said.
Local AM Elin Jones said: 'I was very impressed with Swallow Boats when I visited last year to hear about their plans. This is a company which provides high-skilled, quality jobs locally, and produces excellent products which are sold all over the world.'
