Three local men are on trial, accused of having sex with a child, with one man also charged with rape.

A jury heard today (Monday) that the 14-year-old girl had consensual sexual intercourse with three of the men on one night but was raped by the fourth.

She told police she willingly had sex with the first three but later woke to find that a total stranger was having intercourse with her.

Rhys Michael Jones, aged 18, of 10 Maes y Felin, has admitted sexual activity with a child between October 17 and October 20, 2014.

Jason Williams, aged 20, of 24 Maes yr Haf, and Mark Jones, 22, of Pant y Grwndi Farm, Fishguard are on trial at Swansea crown court having entered pleas of not guilty to the same charge.

Kamil Anton, 28, of Mandalay, Gwbert, denies raping the girl and also denies a second charge of sexual activity with a child.

The girl told police in a video interview played to the jury that on October 18, 2014, she had met up with Rhys Jones in a pizza restaurant in Cardigan.

She went back to his flat and had sex with him.

She also had intercourse with Williams before performing a sex act on him and later was in bed with both Rhys Jones and Mark Jones.

The teenager said she eventually fell asleep but awoke because she was in pain.

Anton was having intercourse with her, she said, and when she struggled he pulled her hair.

She said Rhys Jones was asleep next to her at the time and she tried to wake him but failed.

“I didn’t have a clue who he (Anton) was. I knew the other three. I was scared and confused,” she said.

She said after sex Anton asked her how old she was.

“I said I was 14. He said oh shit, I’m 28,” she alleged.

The girl will be cross examined by barristers representing the defendants tomorrow (Tues).

James Jenkins, prosecuting, told the jury that in relation to Williams and Jones consent did not come into it—the girl was under aged.

Anton, said Mr Jenkins, did not even bother to find out how old she was.

“She woke to find Anton holding her down and penetrating her with his penis. The prosecution say that is rape,” he added.

The trial continues.
