Nathan Lyndon Phillips has been cleared of assault and causing criminal damage
A NEWCASTLE Emlyn man has been cleared of assault and causing criminal damage at a pub in the town.
Nathan Lyndon Phillips, of Heddfan, Lloyd Terrace, Adpar, denied assaulting Peter Giles by beating on March 11 and damaging drinking glasses, a front door, glass panes and a back gate on the same date.
The 25-year-old stood trial before Aberystwyth magistrates on Thursday and was found not guilty on all counts.
