A dog has been reunited with its owners after falling off a cliff near the fish factory in New Quay.
New Quay RNLI's inshore lifeboat was launched at noon on Tuesday, August 23 at the request of HM Coastguard.
The crews raced to the dog which had fallen off a nearby cliff.
The lifeboat, The Audrey LJ, with Station Mechanic Ben Billingham at the helm and accompanied by volunteer crew members Brett Stones and Rory Edwards, quickly located the dog.
They found a Staffordshire Bull Terrier type dog, which seemed to have an injured paw, and brought it on board.
It was taken back to New Quay harbour and reunited with its grateful owners.
