The Rhydlewis and District Gardening Club held its Spring show on 28 March.

After a long and difficult winter for growers, and a sharp spring frost only the night before the show, members rallied round to present to our judges Bob and Rannveig Wallis a fabulous selection of produce to ponder over.

Competition was fierce and awards keenly fought over, and everyone had a most enjoyable evening of entertainment.

The Club's summer show is being held on Saturday August 19. To find out more contact the club secretary Nina Milton at ninahare00@googlemail.com.
