There is fun to be had for all the family this Easter at a Ceredigion landmark.

National Trust Cymru's Llanerchaeron estate is inviting families to participate in a range of nature-inspired Easter activities.

Easter egg trails have been expertly constructed throughout the property, offering a blend of history and natural beauty to entertain the family for hours.

A trail map guides visitors to ten activity stations, each posing a unique challenge or task that brings participants one step closer to their delicious prize.

Activities range from an obstacle course and egg target practice, to a hidden bunny hunt and making a wish on the Easter wish tree.

The cost of participating in the Easter egg trail is £3, which includes a trail sheet, bunny ears, and a choice of a chocolate egg or a vegan and Free From chocolate egg.

Beyond the Easter festivities, Llanerchaeron’s traditional farmyard is a must-visit.

Children can interact with the resident farm animals, including pigs, bird fowl, Llanwenog sheep, and 19-year-old Welsh cobs, Seren and Tomos.

Open daily from March 20 to April 8, the house will be accessible from 11am to 3.30pm, while the garden, farmyard and lake can be explored from 10am to 4.30pm.

The car park and woodland walks are accessible all year round from 9.30am to 5pm.

The Easter egg hunt will be in full swing from March 25 to April 1, between 10am and 4pm.

Normal admission prices apply (free for National Trust members), with the Easter egg trail costing £3 extra.
