Ceredigion residents are being asked to have their say on education services in the county.

Estyn, the education and training inspectorate, is conducting a survey on how effectively council-run education services support local schools and youth facilities.

Chief inspector Owen Evans urged parents, carers, learners, and those involved in education to participate, saying: "Local views from those involved with schools and youth services are vital to give a picture of how well the council is performing."

He stated that these personal insights would assist inspectors in determining the council's performance, especially around youth support services for 11-25-year-olds and extra support for vulnerable students.

The results will be vital to inspecting Ceredigion's services in June 2024. Responses are welcome until April 26, 2024, with the survey on Estyn's website.
