Huge congratulations go out to Katie Parsons of the Akai Ryu Ju jitsu Academy based at Synod Inn.
After she returned home from the annual International Ishin Ryu Shochu Geiko held in Norfolk, with the gold in the Womens under 60kg Judo competion.
