RISING star in the Professional Darts Corporation who is also climbing the world rankings Jamie Lewis of Cardigan retained his title in the Red Dragon Premier League of the Hope & Anchor Singles Darts League in Cardigan.
Widely regarded as one of the top singles leagues in Wales there was keen competition in four divisions with 22-year-old Lewis – unbeaten throughout - clinching the main championship with a 3-1 victory over another PDC star Johnny Clayton of Pontyberem who finished runner-up.
Teenager Justin Smith was also in great form as he lifted the title in the Ty-Parc Division One with Paul Morgan finishing second.
Mike Harries came out on top in the Cardi-Banners Division Two with former Welsh International Mark ‘Chalkie’ Lewis two points while Grant Howells was the winner of Division Three by a single point from Aarron Morris.
