TALENTED junior jockey Georgie Millar of Hobby Horse, Aberporth has recently returned from The David Broome Event Centre, Chepstow with more rosettes than she ever imagined.
But the highlight of the two day dressage competition, was being awarded a bronze medal for her efforts.
The 14-year-old Cardigan Secondary School pupil qualified her seven year old gelding Mr Jincs for the Unaffiliated Dressage Championships having competed at a dressage competition in Celaeron Equestrian Centre, Aberaeron.
Georgie, who is taught by Ninou Humfrey of the Dyfed Riding Centre, competed in six dressage tests over two days, including two warm up tests and four championship ones. She received a rosette in every class, with a first, second, two thirds a fourth and a fifth and was awarded a bronze medal for her achievements over the two days.
