AFTER a rather inconsistent season in the WRU League 1 West there was a fourth place finish for Crymych who completed the campaign with a 59-21 win over Llangennech at Parc Lloyd Thomas.
The Preselimen bring the curtain down on the season tomorrow (Wednesday) when taking on Tenby United in the Pembrokeshire Cup Final at Haverfordwest (kick off 7pm).
When the north Pembrokeshire villagers visited the Park in Llangennech back in March the result was a 17-17 draw but it was an entirely different story this time around as the Joe Powell and colleagues dominated.
For Crymych who led 17-7 at the break there were tries for scrum-half Rhodri Davies, his halfback partner Rhys Davies, hooker Aled Harries, lock Andrew Phillips, No. 8 Dion Gibby, centre Tomos Phillips, Joe Powell and fullback Shaun Leonard on permit from Newcastle Emlyn who crossed for two scores and landed seven conversions.
